Honestly, I do not lie you can make N140,000 to N300k monthly on this biz if u r a serious person. You know companies, churches, organizations print flyers and posters to advertise their biz but trust workers and friends to do the distribution somehow these people never meet up expectations hence the need for professionals. If you can develop a biz that can meet this niche…you can charge N5000/1000flyers and N8000/1000posters. Who says you can’t distribute calendars, dairies, gift items, etc for your clients.
BIZ #2: USHERING ETRAORDINAIRE.
The cropping up of parties, marriages and special events these days can not be underestimated. Some time ago my company wanted to host an event and was looking for cute guys/gals to help usher VIPees…needless to say bcoz of lack of pros we ended up hiring quacks that did more harm than good. You can start a biz in this area who knows you may be hired by the governor and you know how much to charge.
BIZ #3: WATSE DISPOSAL SERVICES.
A brother’s friend of mine, after graduation, starting collecting refuse from his neighbors with his dad’s flat boot. Within a short while he got them to register with N1000/month, he soon extended his services to supermarkets, shops, small companies, etc I tell you today he is the chairman/CEO of kleensweep services and recently discussed a biz of N15million with chevron and has done jobs for other multi-nationals. Need I tell you more???
BIZ #4: OUT-SOURCING HOME WORKERS.
Have you heard “abeg help me look for somebody wey go take care of my shop, house, etc” or “am looking for a maid/househelp”. Of course you have but u can change this into money-making venture. All u need do is place this ad: DRIVERS, HOUSEHELPS, STOREKEEPER,ETC NEEDED. Apply in person. No experience needed in churches, schools or anywhere your targets are. Get the people to register and let them know that you’ll post them to work somewhere. Place another ad: DO YOU NEED PROFESSIONAL & RELIABLE DRIVERS, HOUSEHELPS, COOKS, ETC then contact. Charge your clients a fee and give your workers some percentage the rest is yours to keep.
BIZ #5: PROOFREADING/EDITORIAL SERVICES.
Am into this biz as well. There’s virtually no sector that does not need this services. If you present yourself in a professional way you can always get business from authors, websites designers, etc all you need do is edit/proof read their works for mistakes and possible errors. How good you are will predict the volumes of jobs you’ll get.
BIZ #6: BABY TOYS RENTALS.
With the growing twist in baby’s want and trying to satisfy them parent are now looking for alternatives. A toy your child choose and loved today might not please him/her tomorrow…it doesn’t matter if you bought them costly. BIZ #6: CONFERCTIONARIES/EDIBLES.
These days workers especially those in banks, oil companies, construction workers, riggers, etc barely have time to eat breakfast. They just dash off to work then they become hungry in office and can’t concentrate. Why not you prepare soft snacks/foods, package it neatly and present it in a professional way. A lady does that in my office-I too patronize her-and she is smiling to the bank everyday. She even has people that do the distribution.
