WHAT YOU NEED TO START AND RUN A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS IN NIGERIA

Posted on 12:47 PM by Unknown

This report is titled:” The Wolverine Business E-book” and I did that for a purpose.
I am going straight to the point and saying the most important thing. So there are some things you might expect me to say that I won't talk about because they are not really needful.
For example, I won't say go and get an office space. For a start you may not need one. People want what you want to sell and not where you are selling it.
So let me get to the three most important requirements for starting a business that will succeed in Nigeria.
FIND A NEED:
Don't ever create a product or service until you find or locate a need. As a business MAN remember that the problems in the world are you opportunities. That may be hard to crack but it is the truth.
Do you want to start a business? I guess your answer is YES. Then the next question is;
Have you found a need that you can solve?
Have you seen a problem that you can offer solution to?
For example, if you are a student and you notice that the closest food cafe in your school is very far or maybe the woman selling the food is dirty and sells quack food. That is your opportunity to set-up your own food business and make lorry loads of money.
How do you find a need?
The answer is this. What do you need? No matter your location or your present position. You need something. Once you locate your need, the next thing is to ask yourself if there are people who also need that thing. Where are they? Once you find them. Then you are ready to create a business simple!
That's all. Find a Need and Fill It. Stop thinking of making money, think of providing solutions.
Two weeks ago, I need something and I couldn't find it. So after my prayers, I was just lying down in the sitting room and then it dawned of me, that there are many Nigerians who need that same thing. In fact there is no one in Nigeria who is providing that service at the moment.
So guess what?
I decided that I am going to find a solution to the need and I did. Now I tell, you before I left the sitting room that day, I already decided that I am going to launch that service in less than 3 months of writing this e-book. And guess what? I am 120% sure that I will make nothing less than N3 million in my first 60 days of opening the service!
That's N3 million extra added to my account because I discovered what I NEEDED and then knew that there are millions of Nigerians like me who needed the same thing and I was willing to offer the solution to be a wolverine in business. You must find a need. Need First. That means market first. Until you see the need don't try to create the product or service. And like I said, the best way to do this, is to find out what you need and if you think many people need that same thing, begin thinking of the solution.
MARKETING:
This one is important. Even if you find the cure for H.I.V, if you don't look for a way to let people know that you have the cure, you will still remain broke. So finding a need is not enough. The next and very important thing is marketing. You must market to your market. That means you must device several ways to let people know that you have what they need.
As a Christian one thing I find very surprising is that, even though God may tell a Pastor to hold a crusade where sick people will get healed. This same pastor will still go on T.V, Radio and advertise the program. Why?
The Bible talked about Jesus and it says: He came unto his own... [John 1 vs. 11]. That's profound. Even the son of God had to advertise himself.
So who are your own? Find them and then market to them.
When I launched www.olamosh-system.blogspot.com may goal is to send 10,000 Nigerians to that website in my first 60 days. Actually I want it to be of the biggest blog in Nigeria.
Here is what I am going to do for me to hit traffic of 10,000 Nigerians in just 60 days. I am going to be advertising it on some of the biggest Newspapers in Nigeria like SUN, PUNCH, and GUARDIAN. Am also going to be advertising it on radio. The 10,000 visitors won't come just because I have something that they need. I still have to market to them even though they are the one's getting the bigger benefits, I still have to advertise. So create a good marketing strategy.
For some using the Newspaper may be the best, some it might be holding a seminar, some it might be television advert, some it might be bill boards but whatever the case might be. No one understand your business more than you do, so you have to advertise it.
MULTIPLY WEALTH:
There is a difference between starting a business and running a business. To start a business you need to find a market and then market to them.
To keep the business running, you need to keep customers coming over and over again. There are several ways you can do that:
[1]Create something of value; Just look at the tips that I have being sharing with you since for just N1, 500 and there are still many more things I will talk to you about. This means if you see me coming out with another product, you definitely will want to respond to it, because of your previous experience.
Add value, without even increasing the price. That is one way to multiply wealth. When you do that, customers will come over and over again. Remember it is easier to sell to a past customer that to a totally new one.
[2]Create new products all the time: How many products to Microsoft have? What about Unilever in Nigeria, how many products do they manufacture?...what about Dangote group of companies?
The answer is this. More than one. Why? Because one product or service is not enough to make you rich. You need to always come out with new product and services.
That means you need to keep discovering things your market needs and be providing the answers. Be smart. Don't stay at a level. Grow from there by creating new service all the time. When you do this, you will find that you are multiplying wealth instead of replacing wealth. This is one secret that will you very rich and grow your business. No successful company markets just one product. They start with one but they don't continue just with that one.
